Service password and PIN recovery
Have you forgotten your PIN or service password and are you no longer able to access the SpeedBox App? We have a solution for you! If you order this service and send us your SpeedBox, we will use diagnostic tools to recover your forgotten service password and PIN and send everything back to you.
The PIN is used to secure access to the SpeedBox App; the service password is necessary for setting and changing the PIN in the app.
We kindly ask our customers to follow these steps when sending the SpeedBox back to us:
- After purchasing this service, you will receive an order receipt. Please enclose the receipt in the package.
- Fill in this label and attach it to the package
