SpeedBox labeled B.Tuning uses Bluetooth technology, which allows you to connect your e-bike to the SpeedBox App. Thanks to this, you can control the tuning, set your own speed limit, monitor real-time data, save ride records, or even lock your e-bike motor.

Tuning control

You can activate the tuning in the SpeedBox App (Tuning off / Tuning on).
Alternatively, you can enable it using the e-bike controller by activating the WALK function.
The display will briefly show the value 9.9 km/h (6.2 mph), which indicates that the tuning is active — from this moment on, no speed limit applies and the speed depends only on the motor output and your pedaling cadence.
You can deactivate the tuning in the same way.
The display will show the value 2.5 km/h (1.6 mph) and the e-bike will return to the original 25 km/h speed limit.
If your controller does not have the WALK function, you can control the tuning using the button combination + – + –.

Custom speed limit setting

SpeedBox allows you to set a custom speed limit (for example, to save battery power).
You can change the speed limit again in the SpeedBox App.
Or, on the controller, switch to Turbo mode and then toggle 3× down and 3× up in the following order:
→ EMTB → Tour → Eco → Tour → EMTB → Turbo.
The display will show the current limit.
Increase it by 5 km/h with a short activation of the WALK function (or by rotating the rear wheel 360°).
Example: display value 3.0 km/h = limit 30 km/h, 4.5 km/h = 45 km/h, etc.
The last selected limit is automatically saved after 5 seconds of inactivity.

Riding and stopping recommendations

During a short stop, keep one foot on the pedal so the countdown does not start.
During a longer stop, allow the countdown to run at least partially.
After a long ride, the countdown may take several minutes — do not disconnect the display until the process is finished.

SpeedBox is intended for off-road use only and you use it at your own risk.
The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by illegal or improper use.
Installation may also void your e-bike warranty.
